ZIen er mooi uit , maar zijn deze verstelbaar ?

Lijkt ook alsof de rugleuning erg laag.

De rug leuning is wat laag maar de stoelen zijn er comfortabel. Kan altiid een hoofd steun aan de rol kooi maken.

De meeste aftermark suspension seats zijn deze hoogte, geen idee waarom dit is. Kan zijn om ruimte voor een helm te maken? Je ka er seat tracks voor kopen, ik heb ze gewoon hard gemonteerd, geloof niet dat ik langer ga worden lol.

Dus is niet nodig

Finished today's chores. Mounted the passenger seat, raised the rear of the driver seat up a bit.

Finally mounted my first aid kit in it.

After cleaning half the desert out of my Jeep yesterday, did some more work on it today. Finally changed the parking brake valve to one that actually works. Had to make a new brake line and a mounting bracket for the valve.

Also finally welded some tabs on the cage/ seat mounts to secure the cup holder. So after bleeding the brakes it looks like this.

Y'all can figure out where this is going

I just need easier access to the recovery gear and tools in case I need them

I officially suck at sheetmetal welding, but nothing that a little bondo cannot resolve. Made some more progress on my tailgate, just needs some cable and a way to latch it shut. In time I might just skin the inside with some thin aluminum diamond plate. Had to make a little frame to stiffen it since all I was using was the outer skin of a 1997 TJ tailgate

Picked up some 3/16" cable and found some usable latches for my drop down tailgate.

Started boxing the fuel tank in. What a pain in the neck

Starting to get a decent fit on the top panel

Should have that taken care of tomorrow.

Now making the front panel will be an adventure, hoping to get that done before or during the weekend

Finished the box and stuck the seats back in. Pretty happy how my aluminum sheetmetal project turned out. Jeep is starting to look a lot more finished these days

Earlier this week I mounted some red labels and stuffed all my wheelin junk in the back. Found a nice metal box yesterday to stick all the tire plugs, valves etc in. Now I need to go visit a trail in a bad way. The Tinkertoy wants to stretch it's legs. Has been to long

Pulled my toy out of the garage and humped it with a friend's CJ

Trying to figure out what I need to do, to make that Jeep a reliable trail rig. Doesn't flex to bad for a leaf sprung Jeep.

Installed a little bling on my toy Jeep

In other news traded my little pickup for something a bit bigger, got me a 2007 extra cab GMC with a 5.3L in it. Picking it up day after tomorrow.

Now I can drag my put put Jeep where ever I want to go :2thumbsup:

Nu nog de achteras gearing van me pickup veranderen en dan ben ik klaar voor mijn Moab trip in 2 weken
