Hallo jongens, wie kan mij helpen met uitleg over het volgende.

Ik wil de waterpomp eraf halen, dus sleutelen.

Kom ik bij het probleem dat achter de Fan zit een moer ( sleutel 36 nodig).

Als ik deze erop zet en draai san gaat ook dat vliegwiel meedraaien.

Vraag nu hoe ik die kan tegenhouden?

Hallo ab, bedankt voor de link.

Mijn vraag was hoe ik die Fan eraf krijg, dus sleutel op de moer, maar hoe draai ik die los , want de Fan draait mee natuurlijk. Ik heb geen houvast om de schotel waar de distributieriem over heen gaat vast te houden. Heb je daar misschien een tip voor.

Vraag 2 is welke kant draai ik de moer op ?

Volgens de "How too" op Jeephorizons....

you should unbolt the fan clutch and fan from the water pump pulley. If your water pump pulley does not have any holes in it for a special tool, your best bet for removal is probably the hammer and crescent wrench. With the pulley belt still on, get a large crescent wrench and grip the large fan clutch nut. You will need to hit it several times to knock it loose. The trick to finding out which way the nut needs to turn is to watch which way the fan spins while the engine is on. Hit the nut the same way the fan spun. My fan spins counter-clockwise, thus, the nut broke loose by me hitting it counter clockwise. Once you break the large nut loose, unthread it all the way and set it down in the fan shroud.

In het kort: Met de multisnaar er nog op, een sleutel op de moer, een paar keer met de hamer op de sleutel slaan in de juiste draairichting, los is met de draairichting van de fan mee.
