Lpg Probleem

Grand Cherokee 1999 , Impco lpg installatie , GMS benzine/gas schakelaar.

AG-40303 Fuel Starter.

Jeep start en rijdt op benzine. Auto start op LPG maar slaat gelijk af.

Probleem lijkt te liggen bij de voeding van de paarse draad naar de AG-40303.

Deze staat op het kastje aangegeven als 'Ignition Coil'. De garage has er 'min' op gezet en toen bleef die wel lopen. Wel veroorzaakte dat een storings melding in de computer (Iets met Coil Driver 3).

Volgens de garage omdat hij een constante min toevoegde en normaal staat hier een 'knipperende' min op of zoiets. Dit is een groene draad die een draadboom in gaat en vandaar ....dat weten we niet, we kunnen hem nergens meer vinden. In een andere topic vond ik deze tekst van Cherokee_Chris

Automatic Shutdown Relay

The Automatic Shutdown (ASD) relay is located in power

distribution center near the battery or next to radiator coolant

recovery bottle.

The ASD relay is used by the PCM to supply voltage to fuel

pump, fuel injectors and ignition coil. The relay contacts are

normally open.

Power is supplied to relay coil when the ignition switch is

turned on. The PCM controls the ground circuit, which energizes the

coil and closes the relay contacts.

The PCM will only ground the relay when ignition switch is in

the RUN or START positions and activity is sensed through the

crankshaft position sensor and the camshaft position sensor in the

distributor. If the PCM senses the RPM signal has stopped, it will

remove the ground from relay coil, which will cause the contacts to

open and remove power from the circuit.

Ik ga er van uit eigenlijk dat de PCM ook verantwoordelijk is om deze draad te 'grounden', maar waar zou deze draad aangesloten kunnen zijn, en wat zou de reden kunnen zijn dat deze geen signaal meer krijgt.
