Motor Afstellen

Hi every one my jeep is sick.

 

I've got a bit of a problem with my new Motorcraft 2150 Carburettor.

The thing is when i start the engine it it works ok with the electric choke,

but when the engine has reached normal running temperature it seams to want to cut out on me.

I've tried to adjust the idle screw with the same result.

 

My question is if there is anyone here in my neck of the woods that might have time to come around and help my jeep get better,

i have a timing light so all you need to do is bring your Knowledge  with you.

Dag daar ben ik weer, 

 

Ive bean reading and reading about how to set my carb and choke on the 2150 carb but to no avail,

ive tried my self , i just k now im doing something wrong.

 

it has got to  point where it just sounds worse than before.

 

My question is,

dose any one know a Carburettor DOCTOR here in my area that would help me get this carb set up right,or anyone with motorcraft carbs (ford)

dag alle ik heb eindelijk de carb afgesteld,blijkt dat de benzine mengschroeven te veel uitgedraaid waren.... 3 en een halve slag,

maar moet 2 tot 2 en een half zijn voor de motorcraft.

maar er blijft een ding over en dat is de electirc choke die is heel slecht,

ik heb het zelf geprobeerd maar het blijft  slecht starten, 

Ik ben het zat en ongeduldig aan het worden.

is er iemand in de buurt die mij hier mee zou kunnen helpen ??

ik heb het al opgelost, blijkt dat ik de choke niet op 90 graden had gezet lol .

Maar nog ff verder tinkelen met de carb morgen, omdat hij nog niet naar mij zin is

ff een update ik ben er achtergekomen dat er te veel speling zit op de gasklep ass (throttle shaft )

Ik weet dat je messing bussen erin kan zetten dus mij vraag is: is er hier iemand op het forum wie misschien wat bussen heeft liggen ,met een inwendige maat van 3/8 inch ( 9.5mm) .

Bussen heb ik niet nodig, ik heb nu eindelijk en bedrijf heer in de buurt die gaan de bussen voor mij maken 4 tientjes voor 2x messing bussen.
