  1. I bedlined my jeep in my garage with Raptor, it's very easy to do (a bit time consuming though). http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f12/bedlining-my-jeep-raptor-2796898/
  2. Hi, I have a 1898 JY with a V8 engine and other customizations. I'm looking for a garage that is specialized in jeeps and customizations that is reliable and does good work, preferably in the north of NL. Thanks and sorry for writing in English. Marcello

    Soft Top Repair

Hello to all, I ripped my soft top by entering in a garage that was too low , do you know where I could get it repaired here in the Netherlands? I'm in NH. http://imgur.com/mC56NO3 Thanks! Marcello
  4. Hi to all, I'm looking for new floor drain plugs for my YJ. Does anyone know where I can buy them (the original ones or something equivalent) here in the NL? I'm talking about these: (sorry I don't know what they are called in Dutch) Thanks! Marcello
  5. I'm looking for a Jeep YJ 4.0 to use as a donor vehicle for my 2.5 -> 4.0 swap. Also damaged / rusty. Thanks Marcello
  6. Hi to all, I'm selling 5 original YJ wheels and tires (see photos). Four of the tires are 215/75R15 and have about 25.000Km on them but they are quite old (I'm not sure but I would say 5 years at least). The thread is still in good condition. The spare tire is older but I don't know age and kilometers because it was already there when I bought the jeep. It seems to be quite worn out. This one too is 215/75R15. The rims are in good condition. Asking price: 300
  7. Hi to all, I'm selling this body lift, I bought it but I changed my mind and never never installed it. Asking price: 100
  8. Thank you all for your replies. For personal and family reasons I really don't want to get rid of this jeep, so I think it will be worth it to do the engine swap even though I realize it makes no sense from a financial point of view. I'll contact Siert to know how we can proceed. Thank you for all your input, you guys are really incredibly helpful! Marcello
  9. Thank you all, I'll check out the places/people you suggested. This forum rocks! One question, I looked up Siert both on the forum and on google but I didn't find anything. Can you give me more info? Thanks!
  10. No, I live in Alkmaar! Thanks for your reply!
  11. Thanks for all the replies! I know the swap does not make sense from an economical point of view, but this jeep has a very high sentimental value for me so I'm going try anyway From your replies I see that the swap is more complicated than I thought, so what I would need (if it exists) is a garage that could take care of everything for me. That is, I bring in my jeep with the old engine and get it back with the new engine and all the paperwork. Right now money is not a (very) big problem. Do you know if such a garage exists in the Netherlands? Thanks! Marcello
  12. Hi to all! First of all, sorry for writing in English. My Dutch is not yet good enough I have a 1989 YJ with a 2.5 engine which runs ok, but since I frequently use the Jeep for long road trips I would like a little more power. I read around that some people perform a complete engine swap. Could anyone give some advice on which swap would be the best? I'm thinking about finding a 4.0 HO engine, but I'm open to any ideas and suggestions. I'd also like some info or pointers on how to update the registration papers of the Jeep. Do you know of any mechanic/garage in NL that can do the job? Thanks! Marcello PS if you want you can reply in Dutch, I should be able to read it.
  13. First of all, I apologize for writing in English - I'm studying Dutch but I'm not good at it yet. I have a 1989 YJ Wrangler, and I'm looking for an original steering wheel. Thank you!
