Hi All - if you have not had the N23 FDCM recall done on your WK/XK yet please do not do it My Jeep was done 2 weeks ago at Giva Den Haag and then I spotted this on the International forum: http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f67/n23-recall-issue-no-4-low-1561787/ If you google N23 recall problems you get lots of results from all over the world with the same problems I tested my 4WD low and it doesn't work any more, I know for a fact it was working as I use it on a regular basis. The issue here is Jeep is not accepting any responsibility for this fault and in some cases is charging for the fault caused by faulty software flashed to the FDCM The other issue is 90% of Jeep owners never use 4WD low box and so are unaware of the problem and might assume it is genuine Please if you have had this recall done check your low box is still working - if not then get onto Jeep and complain, also if you know any other Jeep owners that have had the reflash done get them to test their gearbox The only way that Jeep will accept responsibility and fix the fault is if enough people complain to them Sorry for posting in English!!
